As a proud Casa Grande native, I have a vast and intimate knowledge of the area and its future. I am the daughter of a cotton farmer/cattle rancher/real estate broker (Foxtail Realty) from whom I learned that a job worth doing is worth doing well. Real estate has afforded me numerous opportunities to serve the public. The Greater Casa Grande Valley is a thriving area of growth and change!
My experience ranges from representing sellers and buyers in residential resale, new home construction, land, and commercial sales. I work to discover the needs of my clients and then help them meet those needs. I offer sellers premium services that include high-end photography, staging consultation, and pricing strategies.
When working with home buyers, whether for their first home, vacation retreat, investment property or retirement, I focus on my client’s wants and needs before searching for the home with the best value and quality to fit those needs.
Providing exceptional service and attention to details beyond the standard level is my goal...for all my clients. In my professional career, I have worked diligently to establish a reputation as an effective, discrete negotiator.
Since 1980, I have been active in the community and state through various church, civic and service organizations and affiliations which gives me added insight into market conditions. In 1995, I began serving on local and state Realtor boards. Licensed since 1995, I am a Broker in the State of Arizona, a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), past-President of the Western Pinal Board of Realtors, a member of the Western Maricopa Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
The core values of honesty and integrity at all times and in all situations are what drew me to Platinum Living Realty along with my daughter, Gretchen Slaughter and business partner, Dawn Zimbelman to form The Foxtail Group.
